I had my H1N1 vaccine today and about 6 hours after the shot I started to feel achy and just sick. Now I’ve got the chills, muscle aches and diarrhea. Are these normal side effects, and how long will they last for?

Has anyone ever tried using elderberry to lessen flu symptoms? Do you use any other herbs or vitamins for the flu?
