Family of pregnant woman who died from H1N1 sues Dublin hospital
The family of a pregnant woman who died of complications from the H1N1 virus has sued OhioHealth Corp. and the Dublin hospital doctor who the lawsuit says sent her home without needed medication. Kelsey R. Young, 20, died Sept. 3, the first recorded person to die from the swine flu outbreak in Franklin County. Her baby was delivered prematurely before her death and is being cared for by relatives.
